How It Starts

  1. How it starts Consultation - To learn more about you, your physical limitations and lifestyle. Set goals and talk about healthy eating habits.
  2. Set Up Session - A hands on session to evaluate physical status.
    • Chart body fat, weight and measurements.
    • Evaluate range of motion through a series of stretching exercises.
    • Test cardio fitness level, resting, and active heart rate evaluation.
    • Evaluate strength level and movement patterns through a series of compound exercises.
    • Design fitness program based on evaluations and goals.
